Business Development Manager
We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth across key regions including the North Midlands, Yorkshire, North East, North West and Scotland.
This is a full lifecycle business development role, with responsibility for originating new business opportunities, developing and managing project bids from initial engagement through to agreement, and building long-term relationships across the non-residential energy infrastructure market.
The role is remote-based, with regular travel essential for client meetings, site visits, internal collaboration and industry events.
Land Rights Manager
IDCSL is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Land Rights Manager to support the legal and commercial delivery of non-residential electricity connection projects across the UK.
The role will be wholly responsible for the legal instruction and ongoing management of land rights, leases, easements, licences and associated property consents.
The Land Rights Manager will liaise with internal external teams, solicitors, Independent Connection Providers (ICPs) and developers to ensure projects progress efficiently. Providing clear updates to stakeholders.
This is a remote-based role with occasional travel and offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-value infrastructure projects.
